02. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through aiprocurement.club and any associated subdomains. It does not apply to data processed through ProcureAI.tech's enterprise platform, which is governed by separate Data Processing Agreements with each client organisation. This policy is written in plain English and is intended to satisfy the transparency requirements of the UK GDPR, EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679), and other applicable data protection legislation.
03. DATA WE COLLECT
We collect only what is necessary for the purposes described in this policy. ▸ CONTACT DATA Name and email address if you submit a contact form, discovery call request, or early-access registration. Submission is always voluntary. ▸ USAGE DATA Anonymous and aggregated data about how visitors interact with our site — including pages visited, time on page, and referral source. This is collected via cookieless analytics and does not include any personally identifiable information. ▸ PREFERENCE DATA Colour theme and font selections stored in your browser's localStorage.
